Do you ship to Canada or out of the contential United States?

We will do a special order for you. The costs are more so shipping is usually not included. Orders outside the contential United States will receive special handling from us.  As soon as your order is placed we'll tell you how much additional the order will be and you'll have the right to cancel.

Do you sell small replacement (repair) parts for the machines you sell?

In order to keep our costs low on the machines we do NOT stock replacement or repair parts.  Unlike the machines those can be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

How are most items shipped?

This depends on the size of the item. The large paste machines must be shipped via tractor trailer truck. This will involve having a commercial address to have your machine shipped to since these trucks do NOT deliver to residential addresses.. Many others come UPS or a similar service.

If I have questions about the operation of my pastemachine will you answer them?

We prefer that you use the APN to post your questions. This is a network of about 1000 professional installers who communicate by email daily. We sponsor this network so that you can get answers directly and FREE from the people in the field. This way others (who might have the same question) get the advantage of the answers. It is also recorded for reference in the APN archives.

What if we find a price lower than what you advertise?

We have tried to keep our prices as low as possible. If you find a price lower then ours please let us know via the message pad. We will get back with you and let you know if we can match or beat it. You need to remember that our prices do include shipping so please allow for that difference.

Can I call you instead of using the online ordering?

Of course. But orders thru the internet are handled on our secure server. You don't have to wait for office hours to call us. The first orders we handle in any given day are the orders that come thru the internet.  We keep our costs down by trying to limit our telephone time.
